Platte Center Auditorium:

The wait is over and the Platte Center Auditorium is now avalible for rent 7 days a week. Be patient as we are SLOWLY making much needed upgrades to our facility. Our venue holds 275 persons. We are handcap accessible facility. Inside you will find a kitchen with miscellanous kitchen supplies and a regular stove/ oven. Also, in the kitchen is a hand sink, normal sink, fridge, freezer and plenty of counter space for crock pots/ warmers. 

All rentals require a General Event Liability Insurance. This insurance must be obtained 2 weeks before the event. Some people can obtain this through their home owners insurance policy. 

ALCOHOL: is allowed! If you are selling alcohol to patrons you must obtain a SDL via State of Nebraska Liquor Commission. https://lcc.nebraska.gov/licensing-sdl/special-designated-license The cost for who ever is obtaining to sell in the Village of Platte Center must pay $25 for license fee to be approved with the Village. 

PRIVATE PARTY and NOT SELLING ALCOHOL: Parties MUST remain private. NO open invite to the public via posters, flyers or social media. 

MUST BE 21 TO DRINK. 

Rental Rates:
Day of Rental $500.00
Day before rental starting at Noon: $100
Day after rental before Noon: $100
Village of Platte Center Resident: $400 

ALL RENTALS REQUIRE $250.00 DEPOSIT AT SIGNING OF CONTRACT. Can be cashiers check, cash or money order. 

CANCELATIONS must happen 7 days before the date of the event. After that deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. Full rental amount is due 7 business days beforet the event.

Music must be off at MIDNIGHT. Clean up must concluded by 1 am.  

ALCOHOL IS NOT PERMITTED ON THE OUTSIDE PREMISES. 

ABSOLUTELY NO BOUNCE HOUSES! 

Chairs and tables are included in auditorium rental.
